This is a lovely pair of antique Georgian style mahogany inlaid bedside chests, circa 1950.

This is a pretty pair of antique Georgian style straight front bedside chests, circa 1950. The styling represents the Georgian period. The bedside chests are constructed of mahogany and features straight fronts, mouled tops and plinths, dovetailed and cock-beaded drawer fronts and pretty metal Georgian style swan neck handles. The chests feature a nice mahogany patination with a cross-banded mahogany top and drawer fronts. There is satinwood inlay to the drawer fronts. There are three drawers to each bedside. The chests terminate in bracket feet.
This item is a great investment but also very practical and would look superb in a variety of rooms from the bedroom, dining room, hallway, the living room or office. This item base would certainly grace any home. So don't miss out your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.

These bedsides are in excellent condition. Nominal old use marks to the leading but nothing significant considering the age of the item (see detailed photos). The drawers are smooth running and close flush to the frame. The drawer linings are constructed of mahogany and the drawer bottoms of plywood. Free of woodworm, solid in joint and ready to use.
