Obligation Bond with Wax Seal of Queen Anne
Obligation Bond given by James Fox of Brockley, in Staffordshire, Yeoman, to John Judgson of Drayton-in-Hales, Salop, a Barber & Peruke (Wigmaker) for the sum of £120.00, in respect of the performance of the terms of an Indenture of Release.
On the first part of the Obligation Bond is written, George I, Dei Gratia,(by the Grace of God), Magna Britannis, Regis. Is extremely unusual and rare to have King mentioned on an Obligation Bond.

(dei Gratia).
Printed Letterpress and Handwritten onto laid paper in both Latin and English. Has a nice Paper Tax Duty Franking for One Penny and 3 Embossed duty tax stamps for 6 pence each.
Extremely unusual and very rare. Due to personal reasons 'Wayside Mews and Collectables' will be unable to fulfil any orders for the immediate future, this will include the period up to St Valentines Day 2023.
