A particularly good Victorian golden oak stationary cabinet / portable office / writing box. The 2 paneled doors with an unusual brass escutcheon which hinges to open the box. The sides have military style sunken brass carrying handles. The all original interior consists of-- day/month calendar, opaque glass note pad, removable stationary rack, a drawer with ink pot, match holder & striker, pen tray, letter opener, page turner and 3 pigeon holes. Very good condition. Free delivery to most of U.K. mainland. Sizes- Width..17.25''..44cm. Depth..12.5''..32cm. Height..13.75''..35cm.
