A Complete Archive of the Purchase of The St.Giles Hall in Norwich from 1835 to 1899. Mr Charles Tuck Sold St.Giles Hall to Mr Warner Wright who developed the building and premises into The Norwich Skating Rink Co.,Ltd.,in 1876. The Rink had an outside Ice-Rink and a Roller Skating Rink inside. After Mr Warner Wright Died the Trustees sold St.Giles Hall by Auction (Auction details included) to Lacey & Lincoln, State, Tile and Brick Merchants,for £1,350 in 1894. There are 16 documents in total relating to Purchase Indentures, Mortgage Indentures, Declarations, Sales Details, Agreements, Abstracts of Titles, Solicitors Letters and Plans of the said St. Giles Hall. Mr Tuck purchased in 1835 from a Mr William Simpson, who had owned St. Giles Hall for many years before his death in 1835. The documents are made of Vellum and Paper. There are several Seals, Duty Stamps, both embossed and applied. Britania Water Marks.
