New Zealand Satirical Skit of 1901
The second edition of The Land of the Moa,the Maori and the
Miner" A Skit by E.F. Hiscocks and W. Reuben Watts. The satirical publication by Tait & Co., Wellington, New Zealand was published for the visit in 1901 by the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and York.
The publication has 64 pages of political satirical cartoons and illustrated advertising.
Has the original brown buff wrapper. The publication is held together via 3 staples. (a little rusty).
E.F.Hiscoks was the first Cartoonist to work for The Wellington Times Newspaper.
