Unusual narrow wellington chest built to hold office box files c.1980. Just 20″ wide with a black marble top over a cabinet fitted with eight large box files (15″ x 10″ x 5½” big enough for sheets of A4 paper) with tooled green leather fronts and brass handles. Mahogany cabinet with locking right hand pilaster and superbly figured veneers to the sides. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
