Mid Century G-Plan Librenza Room Divider adjustable shelves circa 1960 cupboards %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
A wonderful piece of G-Plan Librenza furniture, this room divider combines shelf and cupboard storage space with mid century elegance and quality. The colour of the wood is contrasted with the ebonised black shelves, doors and legs.

- Fixed black shelf at the top, with two adjustable shelves further down on brass rails and rests, providing a 'floating' impression.
- Long cupboard above, with sliding doors in contrasting colours.
- Cupboard at the bottom with pull-down black door and removable shelf on wooden rests.
- Two drawers to the left, the top having a removable, sliding cutlery section lined in black velvet.
- G-Plan stamp in the base of the top drawer, with the gold E. Gomme design dating it to the period from the early 1950s to the mid 1960s.

A great storage and shelving piece, this can be used against a wall, but is designed as a room divider and so will be perfect in a freestanding position if required.

In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use. There is a small area of rubbed wear on the far right front edge of the top shelf.
