An attractive mid century settee. We date this settee to the 1960/70s.

The settee has a wooden frame and is upholstered in a brown checked fabric. The settee has a spindle backrest and a sprung base. The back cushions are buttoned and both seat and back cushions are reversible.

The settee has a height of 31" (79cm), an overall width of 57" (145cm), an overall depth of 31" (79cm), a backrest cushion height of 18.5" (47cm), a seat height of 15" (38cm), a seat width of 50" (127cm) (between the armrests) and a seat depth 19" (49cm).

This attractive settee remains in a very good solid condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage, including some minor marks and wear to the frame and the cushions. There is a bit of play to the frame, the back cushion has one button missing and there are a couple of small holes in one of the seat cushions. Although the settee is quite usable it could benefit from being reupholstered.

This remains a very stylish and elegant settee. It will continue to provide rest and relaxation for many years to come.
