The Acme Thunderer.
Stamped M.D.R on one side and P. WAY 212 on the other.
This railway operated from circa 1868 to 1933 and was part of the introduction of the Underground in London.
The Acme Thunderer was first made in 1884 so this whistle could be either late Victorian or early 20th century.
In good working condition.
