Mauchline Ware Thread Box, lovely item and would make a nice addition to your sewing collectables. The box has floral detail to the top, a little bit of wear. The top has dried out at some point in its life and produced a small crack on the lid but has been tastefully filled and does not look out of place ( see image). Inside the lid still has the original Anchor sticker. The box still has the original posts and threads. Its unusual to find these boxes with the posts still in them.

We welcome collections especially clocks because of their delicate nature, however delivery can always be arranged.
