The distinctive and shapely Balzac club armchair, best known work of the modern British designer Matthew Hilton. Hilton created the Balzac armchair in 1991 for the for the designer antique furniture store SCP of London. Soft blue cotton covers, loose feather filled seat cushion and oak legs. Very good condition. Complies with current fire regs. Dated 1999. Together with orginal SCP brochure.
