A Fine Quality Swiss made Selex 15 jewel lever escapement movement Railway Watch LNER
London North Eastern Railway watch C1920s
Watch in excellent condition working fine with a strong tick
Top winding action with srong gold coloured button and large top loop
Case made from heavy nickel plate
Both the front and and back are screw off action
White enamel dial in excellent condition, no cracks or chips
Bold black numerial and Blue steel hands small sweep second hand dial
Glass looks to be new and very clear and clean
LNER engraved on the back of the watch and No 4613 both very clear
These watches were used by Railway Guards and are becoming harder to fine in this condition
Size 57mm diameter weight 122 grams
