Large mid 19th.c. dressing or cheval mirror on stand c.1860. Original 25″ x 45½” arch top mirror in crossbanded mahogany frame. Angle adjustable on solid mahogany stand with crisply turned uprights. Excellent carved legs front and rear, joined with a turned stretcher and raised on the original brass castors. Mahogany back panel. Some tarnish to the mirror plate and minor wear to the finish on the frame. Generally excellent condition with particularly good colour, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
