Large High Grade Silver Dial Fusee Pocket Watch
Large high grade English chain fusee driven lever open face pocket watch by Newbould of Parkgate measuring 55 mm in diameter approx.
The engine turned silver dial with applied gilt Roman numerals, blued steel spade hands and subsidiary seconds dial and having a raised gilt outer minute track with central gilt floral decoration. In very good condition.
Sterling silver open face case bearing hall marks for London, 1874. The back cover with vacant cartouche within a rose gold surround opens to reveal the winding hole. In good condition with fairly even, age related wear having no dings or scratching of note.
High grade gilt English chain fusee driven lever movement signed 'Newbould, Parkgate, 47582' with screw-set jewelling. In very good condition and working order. We only accept payment via PayPal as we do not have the facility to process payments by other methods.
