Large Antique Pocket Watch And Chain.
Large antique pocket watch and chain.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch is a generous size at 56mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop... a standard antique pocket would is 50mm so this is a more substantial piece. The case is nickel and overall it is in good condition with just light surface marks, nothing too serious at all.
The watch glass has a small mark at the bottom, possibly a manufacturing fault, but overall is in good condition.
The dial has strong bold Roman numerals, original blued steel hands and an outer minute track. There are some light hairline cracks radiating from number 12 but they are faint.
The watch comes with a double albert, with each chain measuring 20cm long.
The watch and chain will come in a new presentation box.
