Large 4ft Mid 20th Century Giltwood Sunburst Convex Mirror
A large and rare 4 ft diameter French giltwood sunburst / starburst mirror with central convex plate.
France 1950’s
Carved timber giltwood frame with a central convex mirror plate boarded by a carved budding laurel leaf surround with finely carved tiered giltwood rays emanating of alternate sizes.
Retaining the original gilt patina of very good colour.
Mirrors of this size are rare and hard to source, very decorative in most settings.

VIEWINGS
We have a reputation for being long established antique dealers in London having had showrooms concurrently running in Islington, Chelsea and Ascot. We have relocated our new showroom, due to London overheads, easily reached between A1 or A10 to just outside of Hertford, Hertfordshire.
We will happily arrange for clients to be collected travelling via train. Local stations being Hertford North, Stevenage and Ware, all being a 10 minute drive from us.
