Kofod-Larsen for G Plan Lounge Chair 1960s
A Mid Century lounge chair "model number 6245" in afromosia by Kofod Larsen for G-Plan c1960's, who was hired by G-Plan to create their high-end 'Danish influenced range of furniture'.
A striking design having a curved backrest, sculpted arms and curved side stretchers. Newly and fully upholstered to include new foam and webbing, and covered in a good quality woven fabric. Stamped with Kofod Larsen G Plan Danish Design Group. In very good original condition.

Seat height 43cm Our stock items are carefully selected by myself and I only buy good quality items which may need small repairs, a clean and a polish. I don't buy any items that need major restoration, but any loose joints are re-glued. Occasionally, some items may have small amounts of historic extinct woodworm, never enough to affect the integrity of the item, and is always treated as a matter of course. We try to describe and show our items the best we can, and we use studio lighting which sometimes lightens the colour slightly on some of the furniture. All lamps are rewired and PAT tested. Every item we sell we would have in our home (some of them have been!!) It is impossible to describe every item fully, so please feel free to email or call for more information or any queries you may have. The items will have no major defects but will show signs of normal age related wear and use. I would prefer the items to show its life rather than strip it and re-polish it, as it's only original once!
