Kent Obligation Bond Dated 1735
Kent Obligation Bond dated 19th January 1735 in the Reign of George II between John Whitfield of the City of Canterbury, Esquire, held and firmly bond to Edward Bridges of the Parish of St. Nicholas-at-Wade, in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent, Yeoman, in the sum of Four Hundred Pounds.
Printed Letterpress and Handwritten onto Watermarked Laid Paper. Has Three Embossed Duty Stamps for VI pence each, a Nice Paper Duty Franking for One penny, plus the Wax Seal of John Whitfield. Due to personal reasons 'Wayside Mews and Collectables' will be unable to fulfil any orders for the immediate future, this will include the period up to St Valentines Day 2023.
