A 9 Kt yellow gold (375) J.W. Benson keyless wind, open face pocket watch, hallmarked for London 1930. The pocket watch is cased by J.W. Benson, all original pocket watch.
Dial: The white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has blued hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed: "J.W. Benson, London, Swiss Made".
Movement: The anchor lever fusee movement has a compensation steel balance and blued steel balance spring. The movement is in good working condition however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch. The movement is signed: “J.W. Benson, 15 Jewels, Swiss Made”. Calibre number: “REF939”.
Case: The pocket watch lies in a 9 Kt yellow gold open face case with a smooth finish. The case is fully stamped for 9 Kt gold 375 and hallmarked for London 1930. The inner side of the case is signed J.W.B. and numbered: 4304.
