Exceptional quality Sheraton style rosewood sofa table c.1950. Top with the folding ends typical of the form with well figured veneers laid in a symmetrical pattern within a crossbanded edge with inlaid ebony and boxwood stringing and a satinwood border. Over two oak lined drawers to the front with matching veneers and inlaid details which are also repeated on the rear. Raised on square column supports joined with a turned stretcher and outswept legs all with the same inlaid stringing. On neat little brass castors. Excellent condition, and a lovely bright honey colour. Cleaned and polished in our workshops.
