Hand Written Document on Offical Indian Stamp Paper. The Part Document Relates to an Act of 1822 although has a postal franking dated 1869. The Indian Revenue Tax Stamp is for Eight Anns and is printed in Black and Red Congreve Compound Plate Printing, measuring 8.5 cms x 10.cms. Also has the Initials of V R on either side of the Coat of Arms. Plus No.38. The Document also has an India Black and White Court Seal Hand Stamped. On reverse has a Postal Franking from ZILLAH, AJMERE, issued May 8th 1869. The Paper has part of the Wavey Line and a bit of the Coats of Arms, of the Indian Stamp Office Offical Watermark on Handmade Paper.
