Superb horn handles ebony walking cane with lovely silver collar. The coller is ornately decorated with rococo scrolls and flowers and large vacant shield.It has hallmarks for "R.H", Birmingham,date letter possibly S? and lion passant.Possibly dating to 1892 and silversmith Richard Hilliard. Strong smooth ebony shaft ending in a horn ferrule with steel tip. Measures 35 3/4" long.
