A fine Quality Silver Nickel platted Great Western Railway Pocket watch on excellent age condition fully working and keeping oood time
Would date to c1915 period so before the re-grouped all the railways in the Uk
The swiss made movement by Record is 15 Jewels clean and working well, very fine quality
Lovely strong case all in excellent condition with screw off front and back,
GWR on the front dial which is free from cracks and chips , bold black numerals and steel hands all original , small sweep seconfd hand dail ,
The watch glass is new so lovely and clear to read the time
Styled inset winding button and original top bow
Back of the case engraving of GWR is faded and the stock number 0.105 is hard to read but all matches with whats on the front dial
Watch size 54mm diameter weight 129grams
