Good William 4th Mahogany Stick Barometer
Good clean 19th century William IV period mahogany stick barometer of very pleasing design. Nicely moulded base and pediment with half urn style base. The dials are all bone and in very good clean condition with all markings clear. The thermometer box is in good condition and has its original mercury filled tube. The main tube has been professionally cleaned and re-filled and as such is in perfect working order.
The barometer comes with both adjusting knobs which I forgot to include in the pictures sorry.
The case is a nice colour with waxed finish. All in all I nice 19th century example.
