A gold watch fob, unmarked but my test showed it at 18ct or greater, with what looks like a carnelian in the main end, flat and unengraved, but with a most eye catching cut.
The curious interest with this piece is at the other end which has been (later) adapted with a flat seal depicting a prancing unicorn. This has an integral loop and a ring, which means this fob has two rings: the original being on the shaft on a rotating cuff.
Nice piece, with that intriguing addition. It would now make a superb pendant. I always have a selection of chains separately available if required (see last photo), please enquire.
