GNR operated from 1846 until the grouping in 1923.
Approximate dimensions: height 75mm (3"), diameter 114.5mm (4.5"), length spout to handle 17.5cm (7"), weight 464 grams.
This pot shows signs of daily use on the railway with a lot of surface marks and chips to the spout, one on handle, one on lid and one on base. Please see photos.
Good to have a named place, Peterborough, on the pot though.
