George IV Rosewood and Mother of Peal Tea Caddy
Circa 1820, large George IV mother of pearl inlaid rosewood sarcophagus shaped tea caddy. The top with inlaid panels and beading, opening to mother of pearl inlaid compartments and central mixing bowl. With large mother of pearl heart-shaped escutcheon, lifting handles to the sides and beading to the base. All standing on squat bun feet.
19 cm high x 36 cm wide x 21 cm deep.
