Gents Tissot Seastar automatic wrist watch, 1972.
The watch has an automatic movement, calibre 2481, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 15,687,937 dates it back to 1972.
The watch measures 36mm wide excluding the winding crown and 42mm high. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition. The winding crown has the Tissot logo. The inside of the screw-on case back is also signed with the Tissot logo.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in good original condition with original hands, centre seconds hand and date display... the quickset function is not working so the date is set by winding the hands forwards until the desired date is reached.
The watch has a stainless steel bracelet (not Tissot). It fits an 18cm wrist although there are springs between the horizontal links so it has some adjustment.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE (excluding Northern Ireland).
