The watch has a fully signed 16-jewel hand-winding movement, calibre 27B-21 which was in production from 1950 until 1961. The serial number on this particular watch, 3,996,451, dates it back to 1957.
The watch measures 32.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the lugs. The main body of the case is chromium plated. There is wear and marking to the chrome plate, mainly to the back of the watch. The case back has a little unevenness. It is also stamped as being waterproof but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture.
The lens is in lovely condition.
The signed dial has a little minor marking but overall is in good condition with original dauphine shaped hands, a centre seconds hand and outer minute markers.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
