Gents 9ct gold Omega Genève wristwatch, 1968
A gents 9ct gold Omega Genève wristwatch, 1968.
The watch has a has a calibre 601 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Omega name and the serial number dates it back to 1968.
The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for London 1967 together with the OWC stamp for Omega Watch Company, and also the triangular Omega stamp. The case is in good condition with just a few minor marks to the back, nothing serious at all. The winding crown is a later plain replacement.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial has some marking as shown on the photos.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes with theOmega presentation box which has a few marks and a new cushion, and also the outer card box which has storage marks and some damage. Also included is the original Omega wallet which contains the completed Omega Guarantee dated 1969 and also the You and Your Omega leaflet. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE (excluding Northern Ireland).
