Gents 9ct gold Longines Conquest wristwatch
Gents 1970s 9ct gold Longines Conquest wrist watch.
The watch has an automatic movement which is working nicely.
The watch measures 33mm wide excluding the winding crown and 33mm high excluding the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and it is in nice condition with just minor surface marking, nothing serious at all. The back of the watch has a 1973 long service inscription from D C Thomson, a Scottish publishing company, publishers of many publications including The Dandy and The Beano.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in good original condition with original hands, a centre seconds sweep and date display (an early form of quickset date where the hands are moved repeatedly backwards and forwards between 12 midnight and 9pm until the desired date is reached).
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE (excluding Northern Ireland).
