Gents 9 carat gold Zodiac wrist watch, 1959

The watch has a good quality 17-jewel hand-wnding movement, calibre 721, which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Zodiac name. There are some empty retaining screw holes within the movement, these retaining screws are not required as the movement is designed to be retained by the fitted case back.
The watch measures 34.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case backs for Edinburgh 1959 with a case maker's mark for the British Watch Case Company. The back of the watch has a 1961 long service inscription from Cadbury. The case is in good condition.
The lens is in good condition too.
The signed dial is in good condition, just a little faint marking. Original hands, centre seconds and outer minute markers.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE (excluding Northern Ireland).
