Gents 1970s Cyma Conquistador wrist watch.
The watch has an automatic movement, a 17-jewel ETA 2783, which is working nicely. The movement is signed Synchron. Synchron was a Swiss holding company comprising Cyma, Doxa, and Ernest Borel from 1968 to 1980.
The watch measures 35mm wide excluding the winding crown and 35mm high excluding the lugs. The case is gold plated while the screw-on case back is stainless steel. The winding crown and the case back are signed with Synchron logo. Overall, the case is in good condition, just light marking. The finish has worn off the end of the winding crown.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, original black seconds sweep and a date display at 6 o’clock (quickset at first position).
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
