A gents Tissot Visodate Seastar T12 automatic wrist watch, 1964.
The automatic movement (calibre 784) is working nicely and keeping good time. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 6,912,061 dates it back to 1964.
The watch itself measures 35mm wide excluding the winding crown and 35mm high excluding the lugs. The back of the watch has the sailing ship image and the winding crown has the Tissot T logo. There are light surface marks to the case but it is very acceptable for a vintage piece.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with cross hair detail. There is a little light marking and perhaps some age related darkening. The date is initially set by winding the hands forwards.
The watch comes on a Tissot stainless steel bracelet which currently fits an 18.5cm wrist although there is room on the clasp to make it about 1cm smaller. There is some surface marking to the bracelet, mainly to the clasp. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE.
