A gents 1950s watch by Charles Nicolet.
The watch has a signed hand-winding movement which would have been an ebauche (or blank movement) which was subsequently finished and cased by Nicolet.
The watch measures 33.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is plated and there is some pitting and marking commensurate with its age, together with some wear to the plate on the back of the watch. The screw-on case back is stainless steel and there are some scratches from where it has been removed in the past.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial has a great look and it is in its original finish which is in super condition. Original hands (the hour hand has a little darkening to the infill), original red centre seconds hand and an outer minute track.
A later brown leather strap has been fitted. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE (excluding Northern Ireland).
