Gents 1950s Atlantic wrist watch.
The watch has a 21-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
The watch measures 32mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The main body of the case is gold plated and it is in good condition, just a little rubbing on the tips of the lugs but difficult to see with the naked eye.
The signed case back is stainless steel. It states that the watch is waterproof but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture.
The lens is in good condition.
The dial is signed Atlantic, a brand name registered by Factory d'Horlogerie Ed Kummer SA. The dial is in its original finish with the unusual red cross hair detail, original hands and red centre seconds sweep.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
