This Wild Boar's Head Trophy came from the Perigore region of France
These animals are prized not only for their meat but for the ferocity and courage, so for the hunter who bagged this one this was a Trophy indeed
This Hairy Head is mounted on a 1” thick Wooden shaped plaque, it is in good condition complete with teeth, tongue and beady glass eyes
The head sits out 22” from the back of its shield which is 26” from top to bottom and 18” wide
