A very nice Worcester porcelain tea canister of barrel form with funnel neck. Printed in the fisherman & cormorant pattern (also known as the Pleasure Boat pattern), c.1775. It is missing its original cover as is often the case. Crescent mark to base.

It measures 12cm (4 3/4") high and 8.3cm (3 1/4") wide. Condition is very good with no damage or restoration. There is a firing flaw at the rim manifested as an unglazed section just inside and over the rim and a short hairline within the top of the rim at this point. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
