English Furniture of the Eighteenth Century by Herbert Cescinsky. 1909.

This set of three volumes is in poor condition on the outside, yet inside the books are all in remarkably good condition, with the pages still being relatively unmarked and well bound. As such they would still be a valuable reference for anyone interested in 18th Century furniture.

Whereas Volume I was published by George Sadler and Company and has a green cover, the other two volumes were published by the Waverley Book Company and have blue/mottled blue covers.

The spines are very rubbed and worn and a 7cm section is missing on Volume I. Plus the front covers of all three are split at the spine.
