AF43-29844 MFR'S PART NO. 1783 ORD.NO.W535AC-34898 ELGIN'. Mechanism stamped 'Elgin 539 Y649565 USA'. A black dial with highly legible hands and Arabic numerals. Serial numbers date this watch to 1945.
