A very rare and complete mint set of 12 humourous Gilbey's Gin coasters/beer mats from 1954 titled 'The Signs We Drink Under'. Line drawn illustrations after linocuts, each one designed and initialed 'EB' by Edward Bawden. A description of each sign is included on the reverse of each coaster.
Each card is 4" x 4" and in mint condition.
