A stunning and very rare vintage dining suite designed by the famous Danish designer Hans Wegner, this was made in Denmark around the 1950-60’s. The chairs are often known as the ‘heart’ chairs due to the shape of the seats, they have a stunning three legged design. Often this set is seen with teak and beech frames, this is the much rarer version made from teak and oak. The table offered here is an extremely rare four legged version, with an additional leaf to extend it to an oval table usually this suite comes with a three legged fixed top table. The table and all the chairs have been stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is immaculate throughout.
