Very rarely do surgeons cases come along in such complete and magnificent condition. The campaign style Mahogany box with its quality screwed construction has a brass catch each side to keep it closed but does come complete with a working lock and key to keep secure.

All the instruments have been professionally polished to gleam, making the perfect presentation as a gift to the Doctor, Surgeon or other health professional in your family.

All the instruments are signed by Down London, and the case has two inlaid labels "Down Bros, Makers" and "Opposite Guy's Hospital".

There is a lidded compartment containing other items including needles and twine amongst others.

A wonderful opportunity to acquire this set in superb condition and appears complete. 13 1/4" x 7 1/2" x 2 3/4".
