BRITISH MILITARY MOD PATTERN 1880 AZIMUTH CIRCLE, NAVIGATION INSTRUMENT, WWII
A Pattern 1880 Azimuth Circle complete with fitted box. The inside of the box lid with "Instructions For Use", describing how to use the circle to take a bearing of an object.
The circle measures approximately 130mm in diameter. The box measures 165mm x 165mm x 80mm.
