Black & White Jobbing Poster auctioning a Cottage,with two dwellings, Gardens, Orchards and Paddocks, plus land on the South Side of Leith Hill, Dorking, in the Parish of Abinger, (Abinger Hammer, Surrey).
The Property was being auctioned with an Improvable Leasehold, with the remainder of a 2000 year Lease, granted by an Indenture dated 20th February 1595 in the Reign of Queen Elizabeth I.
