A very Pretty 18th century Bilston Enamel Patch Box.The top decorated with White Floral Spray in Blue Cartouche,bordered with Green 'wriggle work' sections each containing miniature Florets.The sides with wavy Green 'wriggle work'interspersed with dotted Florets. Ormolu Mounts, hinged Lid opening to reveal 'Mirrored' lid. Condition is very good for an early Enamel.c,1770-80. 4 x 3 x 2cms,
