James Sykes Signature. James Sykes was a London Banker of James Sykes & Son, 22 Arundell Street, London.
James Sykes & Son Bank in 1816 became the Stilwell Bank and eventually amalgamated with National Westminster Bank in 1923.

Has a Embossed Bill of Exchange Duty Stamp for Eight pence, made up as Six pence and Two pence. (rare duty stamp for 1801)
