Beautiful Antique Burmantoft's Planter c.1882-1904
A striking large BURMANTOFTS Faience Art Pottery Jardiniere produced between 1882 and 1904. Decorated in a lovely pink/red glaze with 2 large oval areas of raised chrysanthemums, and further raised foliate decoration.
The main body of the planter is in excellent original condition with no cracks, chips or damage. Part of the molded 'foot rim' has some damage (see pics 4 & 5). This could easily be restored, but to be honest does not detract at all from the overall diplay potential, as the main body is in such good condition. This minor damage is reflected in the selling price.
This lovely planter will look equally at home in either a period or contemporary setting.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns Policy.
Returns are accepted within 7 days. A full refund will be given provided the item is received in the same condition as when sold. Buyer is responsible for return postage/shipping costs, appropriate packaging and insurance.
