this bar back farm house arm chair or kitchen chair did in fact come from a local farm. Having been stripped many years ago it has some reassuring wear on the arms and seat and is quite a comfy example. Note the carved detail in the back rails which make this example a bit prettier than most. An elbow chair that can go anywhere from a bedroom to a kitchen, conservatory etc. A good chair to paint maybe??
Could do with a clean and a rewax but otherwise an ok chair. Available to clear at a very keen price. Bear in mind it will need minor work, which we can undertake for the new owner if required. We can organise carriage to most parts of the country for around £60. Devon, Cornwall and Scotland could cost a bit more. Please phone if you would like to discuss. We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas.
