Art nouveau ceramic garden/conservatory seat with mythical griffin design and velvet cushion top mounted on a wooden rotating plinth.Marked on base JvS. Johann von Schwarz of Nuremberg,Germany,c1900. In superb condition, some slight rubbing to the glaze,but no major damage or restoration. Height - 61cm. Width - 43cm.
